There are a ton of podcasts and social media accounts out there that all focus on information and resources. A lot of them all make it look like they have their lives together!
ADHD is a challenging disability, and we don't pretend to have it under our control all the time. Our podcast shows two normal people having normal conversations and allowing their ADHD to shine through. This can come across as messy and distracting, but it is genuinely us and we want to keep it that way.
In not using our podcast to add to the information overload, we provide a safe haven for those who want to feel normal for having their quirks and traits.
We also have the added extra of being brother and sister! We use our chemistry to shine a light on the differences in male and female ADHD, as well as highlight the differences in our journey through, school, work, relationships, and life itself.
